Storage
Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place. PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Mix 1 scoop of the mixture with 1/2 scoop of water and 1/2 scoop of sour yogurt to make a dough. Let it stand for 5 minutes. (Alternatively, prepare the batter with 2 cups of water.) Add the chopped green chilies, coriander leaves and onion. Mix well. Spread a sufficient amount of dough on a heated pan on medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil along the edges. Bake until golden-brown on medium heat and serve warm. 'Scoop' means a cup or container of your choice.
