Storage
Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place. After opening, transfer the contents to a hermetically sealed container. Use a dry spoon. Do not buy if the packaging is torn or damaged. PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Mix 1 cup of the mixture with 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of sour yogurt to make a dough. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Steam in an idli cooker for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
