Cloves Whole 50 g

Cloves are strongly scented, hand-picked and dried flower buds of the clove tree. TRS Cloves have an intense flavor and a hot spicy finish and should therefore be dosed carefully. In soups or funds the whole cloves can be added and removed shortly before the end of the cooking time. TRS Cloves can be used in ground form for Indian and Asian dishes like chicken pilaf with saffron, vindaloo, rogan josh, and masaman.
