Pappadums are wafer-thin flatbreads made from lentil flour that retain their crispness during deep-frying. Traditionally in India and Nepal, pappadums are used with the main dish or as a snack. Pappadums Naturel are prepared according to traditional Indian recipe, dried in the sun and need only be deep-fried in the pan for a few minutes.
